Express Mail® is our fastest service for time-sensitive letters, documents or merchandise. Guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery nationwide or your money back.

Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to
many destinations.

Delivery to most addresses in the United
States - including PO Boxes and military
addresses.

Delivery to most locations 365 days a year,
including Sundays and holidays at no extra
charge.

Automatically insured to $100 against loss
or damage.

Provides signature proof of delivery upon
request and tracking information.

Shipping supplies available at no
additional charge.

Convenient flat-rate envelopes are available. One low rate for any amount of
material that it can easily hold.

Express Mail items need to be mailed by scheduled acceptance time.
Postage fully refunded upon application if delivery is not made or attempted
by the specified time period, depending on the destination. Some restrictions
apply, please check with your Post Office™ for details.

Priority Mail

Priority Mail offers expedited delivery at the least expensive rate. The maximum weight for Priority Mail is 70 pounds, and the maximum size is 108 inches in length and girth combined. Priority Mail can be insured, registered, or certified for an additional charge.

Returning Defective or Wrong Merchandise

If you wish to return defective or wrong merchandise, we will reimburse you for 100% of your ground shipping charges. At your cost, you may insure it for full value in case of loss in transit while it is being shipped back to Excalibur Films. You may also, at your cost, require a signature as proof of return delivery. Always carefully pack the return merchandise so that it is not broken in transit.

Customs

Customs forms are required when small packets, printed matter, and parcels are sent to international destinations. The specific customs form is governed by the type of mail, the weight of the item, and the regulations of the country of destination.

Individual countries may restrict or prohibit certain articles. Articles that are prohibited by the destinating country are nonmailable. Articles that are restricted are subject to the import requirements of that country. For customs information, write to your country's custom service.
