It seems that PinnFund bilked investors out of more than $100 million, luring them in with promises of large returns when they were actually bleeding money. And much of that cash found its way to Kelly Jaye.

Kelly Jaye was dating PinnFund's chief executive, Michael J. Fanghella, during most of the time that he ran the mortgage company. Officials at the Securities and Exchange Commission say that Fanghella used the money to support Kelly Jaye's lavish lifestyle. SEC filings allege that Fanghella bought her a $5 million house, gave her $2 million in cash, a $75,000 piano and often sent her to New York on shopping trips. When the relationship went sour, Kelly Jaye kicked Fanghella out of the massive Laguna Niguel house he'd bought her, but continued to live there.

Fanghella went to court in late 2000 to try and get back at least some of the money he spent on her, but the case was settled out of court in Jaye's favor. She might not have as much luck with the SEC, though. They want to get back the investors' funds that were spent on Jaye and are in the process of taking her to court. Kelly Jaye will have a hard time hanging on to her mansion now that the Feds are after her, even though they accuse her of no wrongdoing.

With the impending loss of her luxurious lifestyle, don't be surprised if you see Kelly Jaye waltzing back into the porno scene in the near future. How else is a fake-boobed sex kitten supposed to live in the lavish style she's gotten used to?
